Day 9

Hell yea I'm 103.4 lbs! At this rate I just need to lose 0.5 lb per day to reach 100 by Monday :) It's totally possible and I'm not planning on messing up this week!

300:
-1 1/2 tablespoons dry roasted flaxseeds (80 cal)
-1 cup strawberries (49 cal)
-1/3 cup almonds (180 cal)

Total: 309 calories
Fat: 20.5g (...That's a fucking lot dammit)
Carbohydrates: 22.7g
Protein: 10g

Well, this is my version of "switching things up"... Anyway I have to eat it all considering all this stuff was VERY expensive and I kind of can't afford to just not eat it. It's all supposed to be really healthy so I'll try not to think about how I'm going to consume 20 grams of fat when I usually have less than 5. Nope, not thinking about it at all!

Oh btw, my thigh gap has come back yayyy!! I'm still fat, but not *as* fat. I can't wait until the day that I can say that I'm not fat!

  2. Don't worry about the fat girl, with cals that low all it is doing is helping to keep your skin, hair, and heart healthy, definitely not hitting your body poorly.

  4. Yay for the thigh gap! Do you just eat the flax as is? I'm curious...does it taste good? I have a huge bag of flax seed I use to throw in to muffins and cereals.

  5. That amount of fat would freak me out, holy shit, like, I'd go into a state of depression/irritability. Haha. You're so strong, I'm in love with it. Oh. But I've heard that one should eat carbs in more than twice the amount of fat. I think that's better. Anyway, good luck, hunny! You're doing so well! I'm so freaked out about my 2500 calorie binge on Sunday night, that I don't want to weigh for a couple of days...

  6. Yaaaaay thigh gap! I've found that I hate myself sooo much less when the space between my thighs is visible when I'm wearing jeans :) Great feeling! You're doing so well girl, and don't worry about the fat, almonds are sooo good for you in other ways.

  7. yay! you're doing so well, you'll be at 100 in no time love. side note, i hate almonds haha i've never been able to eat them.. but flaxseed, is that good? i've never had it. hooray for thigh gaps!
