My ultimate goal weight is 95lbs too. <br /><br />I'm really sorry to hear that you're suffering though. I think you ought to go to the doctor about your period. Every period missed can result in serious bone loss and very quickly you can end up with brittle bones. Maybe just get on the pill or get the implant? I think I ...Congrats on how well the fast is going! I think I am going to do one this weekend, it has been so long. I would go to an ob/gyn and make sure that it is just low fat content causing the lack of periods, there can be other, more serious reasons. And it isn't necessarily cause for alarm for the doctor as long as you don't have a huge history and you come up with a snazzy excuse for losing a bunch of weight "I've been feeling really down the last couple months" or "I've been training for a marathon" (my current weight-loss go-to excuse :).
